After a difficult year for the Brazilian market, 2017 brings some hope for improvement. Although the bet is not a strong growth, many of the companies believe that the country will already show some signs of recovery. This is the case of Vector, which works with the goal of growing 22%. "After the uncertainties of 2015 and 2016, we believe that as of March, the market will recover and follow growth projections," says Cleriston Moura, Vector's commercial director. To take advantage of this, the company intends to optimize the operations of the clients, leading to an improvement in the performance of the professionals. According to the executive, Vector will also look for new markets, not yet exploited, as well as seek to diversify the technology portfolio. In an exclusive interview, Moura comments on the market and Vector perspectives for 2017.

Moura: After the uncertainties of 2015 and 2016, we believe that as of March 2017, the market will reestablish itself and follow growth projections.

What should be the big challenge for companies in the industry this year?
The biggest challenges are to exceed the expectations of customers in relation to increasingly efficient calls, using new platforms of interaction company / consumer, generating bigger and better results for their respective businesses.

What should be the trends?
Undoubtedly the optimization of customer time and the quality of service. The more the customer experience with the company is positive and innovative the better for the business. We live in the Age where everything is within reach of the customer wherever he is and how he wants it, it is up to us, service providers, to respond promptly and with quality to the needs of consumers.

What are your company's plans?
Optimize the operations of our customers bringing improvement in the performance of our professionals and achieve a growth rate superior to two digits. We have a target of 22%.

Do you want to bring some news?
To look for new markets not yet exploited by the Vector Group, as well as the portfolio diversification in the technology area. We are with a pilot project that we intend to launch until the second half of the year.
